CropEntryFrequently asked questions about CropEntry
CropEntry is a simple harvest registration tool: the driver logs the load on a phone at the trailer, and you get yield per field, storage levels and history automatically. Here are the answers people ask for most.
What does CropEntry cost?
Nothing. Everything in CropEntry is free right now — registrations, fields, crops, storage, statistics and the audit log. No credit card is needed to sign up.
Will there be paid plans later?
We expect to offer paid plans with extra services in the future, but what you use today is free. If anything changes, we will tell you by email in good time.
How many users can I have?
Invite as many staff and drivers as you need to your farm. Everyone registers into the same system, so the numbers end up in one place.
How do I get started?
Create a free account with your name and email. You get a password by email and are then taken through a short setup: farm name, your storage units, at least one field and the crops you harvest. It takes a few minutes.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. CropEntry is built to be used on a phone in the field. There is no app to install — open the site in the browser and log in.
What can I register?
Each load with field, crop, storage and weight. From that CropEntry works out yield per field, how much is in each store, and a full history for the season.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in a managed database in the EU, separated from other farms, and only you and the people you give access can see it. We do not sell data. You can always ask for an export or deletion.
Can I get my numbers out again?
Yes. History and statistics are available in the app, and you can write to hi@cropentry.com if you want your data exported.
Who is behind CropEntry?
CropEntry is built by a Danish company together with a farm that uses it during harvest. You can always write to hi@cropentry.com.
