This page explains what personal data CropEntry collects, why we need it and what rights you have. We are the data controller and can be reached at hi@cropentry.com.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.

Farm data: fields, crops, storage units and the loads you register.

Technical data: log entries and basic, anonymous visit statistics that help us keep the service running.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, to show you your own harvest data, and to send you service emails such as your welcome mail or a password reset.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a managed database and authentication service hosted on servers in the EU, with access limited to the people who operate CropEntry.

If paid plans are introduced, payment data is processed by Stripe as an independent data processor. Card numbers never reach our systems.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise it, except where bookkeeping law requires us to keep records longer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to hi@cropentry.com and we will answer as quickly as we can.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you logged in, plus simple aggregated visit statistics. No advertising or tracking cookies.
