Terms and conditions

Last updated 2026-09-20

These terms apply when you create an account and use CropEntry, a web app for registering harvest loads and keeping track of grain storage. CropEntry is operated by a Danish company and can be reached at hi@cropentry.com.

1. Your account

You need an account to use CropEntry. You are responsible for the information you enter and for who you give access to your farm.

You must be at least 18 years old and enter correct contact details, so we can reach you about the service.

2. Price and plans

CropEntry is free today. Every feature described on the website is included, and no credit card is needed.

We may introduce paid plans or optional add-ons later. If that affects features you already use, we will tell you by email in good time, and you can always stop using the service instead.

Payments, if and when they are introduced, are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

3. How you may use the service

Use CropEntry for your own farm or for farms you work for. Do not try to break into other accounts, overload the service, or resell it as your own product.

We may suspend an account that is clearly being misused or that puts the service or other users at risk.

4. Your data

The data you enter — fields, crops, storage and loads — is yours. We use it to run the service for you, not to sell it on.

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by writing to hi@cropentry.com.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep CropEntry available, but the service is provided as-is. We cannot promise it will never be down, and we take no responsibility for financial decisions made on the basis of the numbers in the app.

Keep your own records of anything you are legally required to document.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.

You can close your account whenever you want. We may close an account with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service.

7. Law and contact

Danish law applies, and any dispute is handled by the Danish courts.
